As in any private school, you are expected to enroll for the entire season, but you have the advantage of paying in monthly installments due in advance the first of each month. There are approximately 33 to 34 lessons per season, and the number of lessons per month will vary based on holidays and school schedules.
Whether a given month includes two lessons or five, you will be responsible for the entire month’s tuition payment. There will be no reduction or financial refund for missed classes or regular school holidays, but you will not be charged extra for the fifth lesson in a month or for extra rehearsals called.
Limitations in this program are as follows::
Payment Information – ONLY AUTOMATIC PAYMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED – For Registration, Tuition, Costume, and Recital Fees.
Automatic withdraws can only be discontinued by a written notice turned into the office the month before you want to drop.
10-Pay Plan:
- A yearly tuition payable in 10 installments with the first payment withdrawn on the first of each month starting in August. (for all registered at that time)
- Months are not prorated (you are paying for a years tuition broken into 10 installments)
- Automatic Monthly Direct Payment will include the monthly tuition,
- Tuition will be withdrawn the 1st of each month.
RECITAL: JUNE 5, 2027
Recital participation is a special opportunity for our students. All recital fees and costume fees must be paid in full and current for your child to participate in the recital. Students with outstanding balances will not be permitted to participate in the recital until all fees are paid. It is assumed all dancers will participate in the recital. If your child will not participate in the recital, please complete the Non-Participation Form by October 1, 2026. Recital and costume fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Costume Fees will be divided into 2 monthly payments October 15 and November 15.
• Recital Fees are due on February 15.
• The last two weeks of classes is mandatory. May 18-29, 2027
• Mandatory Studio Rehearsal Day – Saturday, May 22, 2027
• Mandatory Dress Rehearsals – June 3 & 4, 2027
Costume Charges:
Costume and Recital fees will be withdrawn as listed below unless we receive a NON – Participation form by Oct. 1st.
- Costume Deposit will be withdrawn on Oct 15th.
- (Amount will depend on how many costumes ordered)
- Costume Balance will be withdrawn Nov. 15th.
- (Amount will depend on how many costumes ordered)
Recital Fees:
- Recital Fee will be withdrawn Feb. 15th.
- (Amount will depend on how many children you have)
I understand Pat Brown School of Dancing will charge my account a $10 fee for any non sufficient funds payments and a $25 late fee as of the 10 day past due date each month.
Requirements
No student with an outstanding balance will be accepted for enrollment until the account is paid in full.
Withdrawals
To withdraw from any classes the studio must be informed in writing and turn it in to the studio office by the 20th of a month. All automatic bank debit and credit card charges will stop after the one-month notice period. If a written notice is not received you will continue to be responsible for tuition AND YOUR AUTOMATIC CHARGES OR WITHDRAWS WILL CONTINUE.
